RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy
- Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making within the organization.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and MS Excel.
- Assist in process improvements within the BPO/Call Center environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize VBA for automating repetitive data tasks and improving efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: At least 2nd year College completed or College Graduate.
- Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience Power BI in BPO/ Call Center operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and VBA with a foundational understanding of BPO/Call Center operations.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
