Workforce Management/Real Time Analyst

We are looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Capacity Planner to support forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce optimization to ensure operational efficiency and service level achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term and short-term capacity plans based on business demand
- Analyze staffing requirements and identify gaps versus operational forecasts
- Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, and Reporting teams to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Monitor headcount utilization and recommend adjustments to meet service levels
- Prepare capacity reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership review
- Support workforce planning strategies aligned with business growth and seasonal trends
Qualifications:
- At least 2nd year college completed (no back subject)
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in people management
- At least 2 years solid experience in BPO Capacity Planning / Workforce Management
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
