Sales Support Engineer

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, and custom-engineered solutions.
- Collaborate
- with Sales, Engineering, and Order Management teams to ensure all
- specifications, pricing, and delivery terms meet customer needs.
- Propose alternative or substitute products based on availability, cost, and customer requirements.
- Work closely with technical and purchasing teams for special or customized product configurations.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with quote status, customer interactions, and business development activities.
- Generate regular quotation reports and ensure all documentation and approvals are in place before handoff to Order Management.
- Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and support admin tasks tied to project execution.
- Attend
- internal training, product development meetings, and customer solution
- sessions to stay up to date with agricultural technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering , Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Coursework in agricultural equipment is a plus.
- Minimum of 2–4 years ' experience in quotation preparation , technical sales support , or equipment configuration in the agricultural or industrial sector .
- Experience working with CRM and ERP platforms is preferred.
- Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and custom-engineered solutions .
- Ability to interpret technical specifications , schematics , and engineering documentation .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD .
- Excellent
- communication skills for cross-functional coordination with Sales,
- Engineering, Purchasing, and Order Management teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to propose substitute or alternative solutions based on availability, budget, and timelines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in quotations and documentation.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be willing to report to the office, Monday to Friday .
