Customer Service Representative - Hotel Reservations Metro Manila | Onsite Job Description We are hiring Hotel Reservations Customer Service Representatives to assist guests with booking inquiries, changes, and cancellations. Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth guest experience. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide information on hotel availability, pricing, and amenities
- Assist guests with bookings, modifications, and cancellations
- Document interactions and reservation details
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Maintain service quality and satisfaction metrics
- Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on hotel reservation systems and processes
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Strong English communication
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer literacy
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Retail, mall sales, F&B, hospitality, front desk, sales, or any customer-facing experience
