Are you experienced in product management, supplier coordination, pricing, and technology solutions ? Join our team as a Product Officer and help build and maintain a competitive portfolio of hardware, software, and integrated solutions.
JOB SUMMARY
The Product Officer will support the Product Manager in developing and maintaining a competitive product portfolio. This role focuses on product sourcing, supplier coordination, pricing, market analysis, and product execution while providing support to the Sales, Marketing, and Projects teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, assess, and evaluate suppliers while negotiating competitive pricing and terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies .
- Maintain accurate product specifications, pricing information, and product documentation.
- Assist in developing product bundles, positioning, and pricing strategies .
- Provide Sales, Marketing, and Projects teams with product knowledge and relevant technical input.
- Participate in client presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation .
- Coordinate product forecasting, ordering, inventory, and supply monitoring.
- Prepare product reports, market analyses, and relevant business insights.
- Support the Product Manager in ensuring products remain competitive and aligned with market requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering , or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Product Management.
- Strong understanding of product development, sourcing, pricing, and market analysis.
- Excellent supplier coordination and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Projects, and other cross-functional teams .
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, or integrated technology solutions is an advantage.
