Duties and Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Conduct product and technical training sessions for staff and/or clients regarding Apple devices and Apple ecosystem services
- Develop and prepare training modules, lesson plans, presentations, and instructional materials
- Train employees on Apple product features, specifications, and best practices
- Provide hands-on workshops on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and Apple applications
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide basic to intermediate troubleshooting training for Apple devices
- Guide staff on proper diagnostics, software updates, backups, and device restoration
- Educate participants on Apple ID setup, iCloud services, data transfer, and security features
- Assist in resolving device issues related to software configuration and connectivity
Sales & Customer Service Training
- Train sales staff on product positioning, customer engagement, and upselling Apple accessories/services
- Coach staff on handling customer inquiries and product demonstrations
- Provide guidance on explaining Apple warranties, AppleCare, and service options
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback forms, and performance monitoring
- Prepare training reports including attendance, results, and recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate with supervisors and department heads to address skill gaps
Coordination & Continuous Learning
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure timely completion of learning programs
- Stay updated on Apple product launches, software updates, and industry trends
- Ensure compliance with company training standards and customer service policies
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications are an advantage
Experience
- At least 1–3 years of experience in training, technical support, sales coaching, or Apple device handling
- Experience working in retail electronics, IT support, or customer service is an advantage

- Strong knowledge of Apple products and operating systems (iOS, macOS, iPadOS)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong training facilitation and coaching ability
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot basic Apple device issues
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Good time management and organizational skills
Tools / Equipment Used
- Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Apple Watch)
- Training presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote)
- Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)
- Learning management systems (if applicable)
Working Conditions
- May require extended standing during product demonstrations
- May require travel to branches or client locations for training sessions
- Flexible schedule depending on training needs and product launches
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Training completion rate and attendance
- Participant assessment results
- Improvement in sales and customer satisfaction scores
- Reduction in technical errors due to better product knowledge
- Quality of training materials and session evaluations
Others
- Ensure that all correspondence (letters, purchase orders, etc.) requiring the attention of the head office are properly emailed and that original copies are sent to the department head concerned at the soonest possible time
- Follow proper rules and regulations set by the HR (Human Resource), Accounting, and Purchasing Department
- Attend training/re-orientation when required and inform the concerned person when work does not permit attendance
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
