We are looking for a HubSpot Specialist to manage CRM implementation projects, conduct system audits, and deliver solutions that improve business processes and customer success. The role is responsible for preparing Statements of Work, leading project discussions, coordinating implementation activities, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently. This role is critical for optimizing CRM functionality, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting successful project execution.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the kind of person who:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of existing HubSpot accounts to identify system improvements, optimization opportunities, and implementation requirements.
  
• Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) outlining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and implementation strategies. 
  
• Lead recurring project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, address concerns, and monitor project progress. 
  
• Implement HubSpot CRM solutions, including configuration, customization, automation, and workflow setup based on business requirements. 
  
• Coordinate and delegate implementation tasks to team members while monitoring progress and ensuring quality standards are met. 
  
• Configure and maintain HubSpot features such as pipelines, workflows, reporting dashboards, forms, email automation, and integrations. 
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines. 
  
• Troubleshoot CRM issues, recommend process improvements, and provide practical solutions to enhance system performance. 
  
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, implementation records, and client communications throughout each engagement. 
  
• Stay current with HubSpot product updates, new features, and CRM best practices to recommend continuous improvements. 
  

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  
• 3+ years of experience in HubSpot implementation, CRM administration, or a related role. 
  
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including implementation, configuration, automation, and system optimization. 
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple CRM implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 
  
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently facilitate client meetings and presentations. 
  
• Experience coordinating tasks across team members and monitoring project execution. 
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and recommend effective CRM solutions. 
  
• Proficiency in CRM reporting, workflow automation, dashboards, and data management. 
  
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
