Job Title: Graphic Designer (Performance-Driven Meta Creative)
Job Type: Full-time / Freelance / Remote
Work Hours: PST
Job Overview:
We’re helping a fast-growing DTC client in the wellness space hire a Graphic Designer fluent in performance-driven creative for Meta platforms. This role is for someone who understands how to stop the scroll, drive conversions, and strike the balance between brand storytelling and direct-response impact. If you thrive in fast-paced eCommerce environments and love designing high-performing visual content, this is for you.
Responsibilities:
Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta platforms — including static ads, carousels, Reels overlays, UGC-style edits, and story assets
Collaborate closely with media buyers and performance marketers to iterate and optimize based on ROAS and engagement data
Maintain and elevate brand visual identity while adapting to evolving trends on Meta
Concept and execute both brand-forward and conversion-focused visual assets
Design additional marketing materials as needed (landing pages, email graphics, etc.)
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio of Meta-specific ads
- Proven success designing performance creatives that drove revenue or KPIs on Facebook/Instagram
- Deep understanding of ad creative trends, hooks, and visual cues that work on Meta
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator), Canva, and/or Figma
- Bonus: experience editing short-form video, Reels/TikToks, or UGC-style content
- Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into design decisions
Nice-to-have:
- Worked with DTC, e-commerce, or wellness/beauty brands
- Designed for split-test variations (headline/image changes, CTA tweaks)
- Partnered directly with growth marketers or creative strategists
- Created templates or modular design systems for faster asset production
