They are now looking for a Retail Sales Support & Administration professional to join their growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Australia-based Retail Manager, you will be a vital part of the Retail team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Your mission is to provide high-level administrative assistance that keeps our sales engine running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Empowering the Sales Team: Act as the primary support for the Brand Manager and retail sales staff to drive operational efficiency.
- Driving Customer Excellence: Manage the retail sales inbox and provide top-tier service support, including precise order processing in the CRM
- Optimizing Data Systems: Maintain system integrity by entering promotional data, new product lines, and accurate customer information
- Analytical Reporting: Generate insightful sales reports and track account collection activities to support strategic decision-making
- Continuous Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose practical, innovative solutions to enhance team productivity.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 2+ years in a sales administration or commercial support role
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a knack for building internal and external relationships
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in CRM systems and solid computer literacy
- Precision: Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- Resilience: A calm, adaptable approach to handling priorities in a fast-paced environment.
