Job Description Join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative for a Telco Account! We are looking for customer-focused individuals who can provide excellent support, resolve customer concerns, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced telecommunications environment. Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding telecom products and services. Assist customers with billing concerns, account updates, and service-related issues. Troubleshoot basic customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Meet performance, attendance, and quality targets. Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction. Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate
- Minimum of 3 months BPO experience required
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite in CDO
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
