Job Description:
Alorica Alabang is hiring Call Center Agents . Open to Senior High School graduates, High School graduates (old curriculum), fresh graduates, and career shifters .
No BPO or work experience required. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone
- Provide accurate information and support
- Resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Follow company processes and quality standards
Qualifications:
- At least SHS Graduate or HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No experience required
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
- Basic English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
