Product Development & Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized Product Development & Executive Assistant to support product management, supplier coordination, and project execution. The ideal candidate has experience working with overseas suppliers, particularly in China , and is skilled in project coordination, order tracking, and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the company office and suppliers/manufacturers in China to ensure smooth communication.
• Support product development from concept through production and delivery.
• Create and maintain cost sheets and product pricing information.
• Track purchase orders, production timelines, and shipments.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Assist with project management by monitoring deadlines and coordinating tasks.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and product documentation.
• Provide executive and administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and special projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in product development, product management, project management, or executive assistance .
• Experience coordinating with overseas suppliers , preferably manufacturers in China .
• Strong proficiency in Extensiv (Extenta, if applicable) and Microsoft Excel .
• Experience creating cost sheets , tracking orders, and managing product data.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
