Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of satisfaction and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues or concerns efficiently.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain and update customer accounts and records as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products or services.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
• Meet or exceed service level goals and performance metrics.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
