Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Sales Demo Lady for Grace Intimate is responsible for promoting and demonstrating intimate wear products to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. She represents the brand by providing product knowledge, assisting customers with sizing, and maintaining a clean and organized display area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and proper sizing.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

2. Product Knowledge

• Maintain thorough understanding of all Grace Intimate products.
• Educate customers about product care, materials, and best uses.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and price changes.

3. Merchandising & Display

• Ensure products are properly displayed, clean, and well-organized.
• Monitor stock levels and request replenishment when necessary.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays or product launches.

4. Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness in the selling area and fitting rooms.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock auditing.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

5. Customer Engagement

• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Height: 5’2” and above
• With at least 1 year experience in retail or sales (preferably intimate wear or apparel).
• With continuous and recent work experience.
• Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-oriented.
• No visible tattoos.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in malls or stores as required.
