KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to travel products and services Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related requests Provide accurate information regarding schedules, travel policies, pricing, and available services Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in the system Escalate complex travel-related concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary Maintain high standards of customer service while meeting quality and productivity goals Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate Good English communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities Interest in the travel and hospitality industry is an advantage Willing to work onsite in Davao City Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
