Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. CPA certification is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of hands-on SAP FI experience, including 2–3 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine statutory, tax, and financial reporting requirements.
- Extensive experience in SAP FI configuration, integration with CO and other SAP modules, and data migration.
- Proven experience preparing business blueprints and functional specifications and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module. The role involves gathering business requirements, designing effective solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will also mentor junior team members and serve as the primary contact for SAP finance-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP FI implementation and support projects, covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze existing financial processes and recommend improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
- Configure and maintain SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FI with other modules, including CO, MM, and SD.
- Oversee data migration activities and maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Develop project documentation and training materials and facilitate user training sessions.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior consultants and guide end-users on SAP FI functionality and best practices.
