Responsibilities
Perform preliminary engineering design of project roads which includes pavement design and slope protection facilities and prepare operation plan.
Qualifications:
Registered/Licensed Civil Engineer
Strong background in:
- Pavement design
- Bridge design
- Alignment planning
Familiar with international standards such as:
- Transport Research Laboratory (TRL)
- American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO)
