JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English. Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa. Open to undergraduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in any course. Having experience in fintech or iGaming industries, with a strong understanding of digital financial ecosystems, online platforms, and operational structures. Solid background in handling end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency across workflows, processes, and cross-functional teams Experienced in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue monitoring, and profitability optimization. With a background and knowledge of regulatory compliance, with the ability to interpret and implement industry laws and policies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, revenue targets, and overall financial performance, ensuring sustainable profitability, cost optimization, and effective allocation of resources. Track, analyze, and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven insights to guide decision-making, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team by fostering a culture of leadership, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships to strengthen brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and expand market reach. Monitor and enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction by implementing customer-centric strategies, addressing feedback, and ensuring consistent service quality across all touchpoints.
