Computer Repair Technician

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of computer hardware and software issues. This includes identifying and resolving problems with desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), and network connectivity.
- Provide technical support to end-users. This includes assisting users with software installation, troubleshooting software conflicts, answering technical questions, and providing remote support when necessary.
- Maintain and upgrade computer systems. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, installing software updates and patches, and upgrading hardware components as needed to ensure optimal system performance.
- Possess strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware and software. This includes experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking concepts, and common software applications.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. This includes the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. This includes the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users, communicate effectively with team members, and provide excellent customer service.
