- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
- Perform repairs, upgrades, and installations on computer systems, ensuring all work is done to company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer information.
- Proven experience in computer repair, with knowledge of both hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with common diagnostic tools and the ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technology and repair techniques.
