Fixed Asset Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fixed Asset Manager to oversee the tracking, management, and reporting of the company’s fixed assets. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate asset records, compliance with accounting standards, and proper asset lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including acquisitions, disposals, and transfers
- Calculate and record depreciation in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Conduct regular physical asset counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking of all company assets
- Coordinate asset audits and support internal/external audit requirements
- Monitor capital expenditures and ensure proper classification of assets
- Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures
- Work closely with accounting, procurement, and operations teams
- Prepare reports related to asset valuation, depreciation, and asset movement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of [3–5] years of experience in fixed asset accounting or asset management
- Strong knowledge of depreciation methods and accounting principles
- Experience with ERP or asset management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
