External Scientific Educator (ESE) Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

AstraZeneca seeks an External Scientific Educator Coordinator to manage medical information inquiries, maintain product documentation, and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned therapeutic areas. The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting cross-functional teams and healthcare professionals with accurate, evidence-based information.
Responsibilities
- Address complex or escalated medical information inquiries using advanced product and therapeutic area knowledge
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive information packages and documentation for assigned products
- Monitor specialty field developments and serve as subject matter expert for assigned areas
- Track, document, and analyze medical inquiries and responses to meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Manage assigned projects within agreed timelines and present findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, pharmacy, or healthcare-related field
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, medical information, or healthcare settings
- Strong customer communication skills and ability to handle complex information requests
- Solid knowledge of medical information processes, protocols, and compliance standards
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to escalate complex issues
- Project management experience or certification (desirable)
- Expertise in multiple products or therapeutic areas (desirable)
