This role supports the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, ensuring freshness, and assisting with food presentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (culinary training or certification preferred)
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work (especially cold dishes)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and portion sizes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
