Sales Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales outreach via phone, Facebook, and Viber to qualified leads.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads and prospects in CRM systems.
- Understand customer needs and tailor value‑driven conversations to close high‑value deals.
- Build and nurture relationships with premium clients through respectful, consultative communication.
- Exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare performance reports, track key metrics, and share insights with leadership
Requirements:
- College graduate or equivalent.
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals over calls and messaging channels such as Facebook and Viber.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills—clear, confident, and polished.
- Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms and structured sales workflows.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
