E-Commerce Operations Specialist

- Calls each salesman to get updates on execution
- Sense check all data to ensure accuracy
- Prepares a summary of offtake per promo
- Prepares a summary of promo utilization
- Prepares a category dashboard showing the SISO, placement, UBA, and Weeks Cover
- Prepares an execution report tracker and consolidates in store execution photos
- College Graduate - Business Management or Math course
- Preferably with prior experience with the same SOW functions.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, PDF and Powerpoint
- Multi-tasker & can work under pressure
- Willing to render overtime if needed
- Team player
