· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
· Preferably with 6 months working experience as Billing Assistant or Accounting Assistant or any related field is required for this position.
· Excellent attendance records
· Excellent analytical skills
· Proficient in using MS Office Applications
· Willing to work in fast-paced environment
· Willing to work on regular working schedule
· Willing to render overtime if needed
Responsibilities
· Enters, updates, and/or retrieves accounting data in the system.
· Performs effectively all finance duties such as payment, monitoring, bookkeeping, adhesion to approved budget, and records management.
· Diligently performs all Finance policies at all times.
