Position: General Affairs Supervisor

Location: Lapu- Lapu City, Cebu
Salary: Php30,000 – Php35,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business Administration or any related course
- At least 5 years of work experience in General Affairs or in administrative work
- At least 3 years of work experience in Supervisory work
- Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing firm
- Willing to work fully on site
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing employment permit and visa
- Ensure the compliance with labor and immigration laws,
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
- Responsible for arranging hotel bookings and transportation for visitors.
- Assist and support internal departments with administrative requirements.
- Responsible in maintaining factory cleanliness.
