Key Role:
As a Call Center Agent, you will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver outstanding service with professionalism and empathy. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (with or without experience)
- Senior High School Graduate ( with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience)
- at least 2nd year in college (4 semesters completed) with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience
- Amenable to work onsite in Cebu City
- Willing to work night shifts and shifting schedules
