Customer Relations Officer/Telemarketer
Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Connects with potential and existing customers via phone
- Input and update prospect details, call outcomes, and service transactions into Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls while meeting set performance metrics
- Scheduling booking clients from the pro-active call lists while managing time zones and preventing double bookings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Female
- College graduate
- Computer literate
- Can do multi-tasking in minimum supervision
- With pleasing personality
- Excellent in Verbal and Written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to overcome rejections and secure appointments
