Warranty Officer
Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male/Female
- Must be a graduate of any 4 year course (preferably BS Engineering or BS Industrial Technology Major in Automotive or any related course)
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in after-sales operations in the automotive industry is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of warranty concerns and claims concerns
- Evaluate warranty claims of customer if valid or not
- Deal directly with local suppliers with warranty claims
- Preparation of technical reports
- Administration of warranty parts identification, storage, and disposal
- Preparation of warranty claims in accordance with the distributor procedures
- Documentation of vehicle quality improvements
