About the role This is an importation intern role supporting the preparation, organization, and processing of importation documents, shipments, and related administrative activities. Key responsibilities Assist in preparing and organizing importation documents and records Support the processing and monitoring of import shipments and deliveries Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments Assist in tracking shipment schedules, permits, and required documents Maintain accurate importation files and records Perform administrative tasks related to purchasing and importation activities About you Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Customs Administration, or a related course Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn Good communication and coordination skills Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Can work independently and as part of a team
