Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and accounting statements
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts
- Organize and maintain financial documents and files
- Provide support during audits or inventory counts
- Conduct basic financial analysis and reporting tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
