Cost Accounting Staff for Orion, Bataan

- Analyze expenditures, raw materials, and labor to identify waste and inefficient processes
- Maintain, calculate, and update accurate inventory costs, including overhead allocation
- Review standard versus actual costs and report on discrepancies to management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual costs forecasts for different departments, batching, spinning, and curing
- Financial reporting & control: reconcile inventory and cost accounts, and support month-end closing
- Evaluate profit margins for products and services to assist in pricing strategies.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevanty field
- At least 2-5 years, previous experience in accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent ability to analyze large data sets for cost-saving opportunities
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (production, procurement) to explain financial data
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
