- Coordinate the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations initiatives and address any workplace issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong communication skills, and effective employee relations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
