Customer Service Representative - Retail Metro Manila | Onsite Job Description We are seeking Retail Customer Service Representatives to support customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns while providing a smooth shopping experience. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information on products, prices, and promotions
- Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Document all customer interactions and update system records
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
- Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on retail processes and systems
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Strong English communication
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Basic computer skills and multitasking
- Onsite work in Metro Manila
- Retail, mall sales, F&B, hospitality, front desk, sales, or any customer-facing experience
- Applicants with direct customer interaction experience are welcome to apply
