Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the accounting team.
- Review and verify accounting entries, journal vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies during audits and compliance reviews.
- Prepare and submit required tax filings and government-mandated reports.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
- Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff performance.
- Assist management with special projects and other finance-related tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
- Can start ASAP.
