- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Financial Management, Budgeting, Reconciliations, General Ledger, QuickBooks, and Cash Management.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, standard business hours, may require additional hours during month-end closing.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
