Sales Executive Bancassurance (Quezon city & Bulacan)

The Sales Executive – Bancassurance is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through partner bank branches. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with bank personnel, identifying customer needs, providing financial protection solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in Bancassurance, insurance, or financial services.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits across assigned locations and branch networks.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of life insurance products, banking operations, and cross-selling strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-management skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
