- Guest Assistance: Provide excellent customer service to pool guests, offering towels, seating, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Pool Safety & Cleanliness: Monitor the pool area, ensure safety guidelines are followed, and maintain cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Manage pool supplies, ensure proper functioning of pool equipment, and report any maintenance issues as needed.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and attentive to guests’ needs, ensuring a positive poolside experience.
- Knowledge of Pool Safety: Familiarity with pool safety rules and procedures, including emergency response protocols and monitoring swimming conditions.
- Physical Stamina & Attention to Detail: Ability to stay active for long periods, keep the pool area clean, and spot any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
