Gasoline Attendant

* Provide prompt and courteous customer service at the gas station, including:
* Greeting customers and assisting them with their fueling needs
* Checking tire pressure and fluid levels (oil, coolant, windshield washer fluid)
* Cleaning windshields and windows
* Answering customer questions about products and services
* Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the gas station, including:
* Monitoring fuel pumps and hoses for leaks and damage
* Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the pump islands and surrounding areas
* Following all safety procedures and regulations related to the handling and dispensing of gasoline
* Assist with other duties as assigned, such as:
* Maintaining inventory of gas station supplies
* Assisting with minor maintenance and repairs
* Accepting payment for fuel and other services
* Strong customer service skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
* Patience and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
* Safety awareness and adherence:
* Understanding and adherence to all safety procedures related to handling and dispensing gasoline
* Ability to identify and respond to potential safety hazards
* A strong safety-first work ethic
* Physical stamina and ability:
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and carrying items
* Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
* A valid driver's license may be required in some cases
