Internal Engineering Specialist

Provides technical engineering support across internal departments, ensuring engineering standards, design accuracy, constructability, and compliance are consistently applied throughout all construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal engineering, construction, and project teams.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure projects comply with internal engineering standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering guidelines and best practices.
- Assist in technical audits and internal quality reviews.
- Review and assess engineering change requests and design modifications.
- Evaluate technical impact, risks, and constructability implications of proposed changes.
- Support documentation and approval processes for engineering changes.
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams.
- Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and material submittals.
- Provide technical input during project planning and sequencing discussions.
