Job Description
• Manage official project correspondence, tracking, and filing.
• Draft/revise formal letters, meeting minutes, and project notices.
• Prepare documentation for Claims, Variations, and EOT.
• Maintain all contract and commercial records.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Project Management, Law, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in EPC/Solar/Construction; FIDIC familiar.
- Competencies: Fluent in English; Expert in drafting formal documents.
- Status: Full-time; Work on-site required.
Core Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and can meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
