Description - Prepare and cut meat according to industry standards.
- Debone various types of meat as required by customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the workspace to ensure high hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers in their selection of meats.
- Monitor inventory levels of meat products and request replenishments as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in butchery or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in deboning and proper meat cutting techniques
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of hygiene practices in food preparation
- Qualities and Traits: Good customer service skills and ability to interact with customers effectively
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols
