- Oversee the operation, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Perform skilled butchery tasks, including cutting, trimming, boning, tying, and grinding meats.
- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the department.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure freshness and quality of meat products.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers regarding meat selection, preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Train and mentor junior staff in butchery skills and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive retail experience for customers.
- Atleast Highschool Graduate
- Willing to learn and multi task
- With NC2 in Slaughtering or Meat cutting
