REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Cantonese and English.
- Bachelor’s graduates in any course are welcome to apply.
- Having a background in client servicing, with the ability to handle and resolve complex customer concerns effectively.
- Experience in transaction banking operations, particularly in payments and cash management products.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Handle complex client concerns and service recovery cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Manage client accounts while maintaining accountability for service delivery and operational performance.
- Identify service trends and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Support team development by coaching members, monitoring SLAs and QA, and promoting service excellence and self-service solutions.
