Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- With Pleasing Personality
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
