Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in HRM or any related field.
- POLITE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY
- Preferably at least 6 months of experience.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Staffs and Customers
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve targeted profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.
