Overview: We are seeking a tech-savvy bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks. You will handle the technical side of accounting, ensuring systems are updated and accurate. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Chart of Accounts (COA).
- Verify, classify, and record accounts payable/receivable.
- Review payroll documents for accuracy.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations.
- Residing in Davao City.
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Spreadsheets.
- Highly organized and methodical.
- Supportive virtual team environment.
- Performance-based incentives.
