About the Role The Graphics Backer is responsible for producing engaging visual materials that effectively communicate information and enhance brand presence. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with different departments to create visual materials for company announcements, events, campaigns, and internal communications. Design, produce, and publish high-quality graphic content using industry-standard design tools. Create a minimum of ten (10) infographics per department, ensuring content is visually appealing, informative, and aligned with branding standards. Develop creative layouts and designs that maximize visual impact and effectively utilize available design space. Ensure all graphic assets maintain consistency in style, quality, and messaging. Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and project requirements. Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to deliver polished final outputs. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output. Qualifications Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, Canva, or equivalent design platforms. Strong portfolio showcasing previous, recent, and best design work across various formats and styles. Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment. Reliable, committed, and flexible with assigned work schedules and project deadlines. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Creative problem-solving abilities and willingness to accept constructive feedback.
