Description - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and resolving issues to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language skills; strong customer service orientation; effective scheduling abilities; familiarity with TikTok and digital marketing.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong people skills; well-organized; self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to apply sales pitching and closure techniques; capable of providing back office support.
